Voting Draw Winners Receive Free Books!
Each year, we do a random draw from all of the submission of votes that we receive. We do one early bird draw from those submissions that are received before March 15th and two more draws at the closure of voting.
Congratulations to the winner of our early bird voting draw, École St. Pius X in Regina, and the two winners of our other voting draws Bishop Klein School in Saskatoon and Davidson School in Davidson! Each school will receive a selection of books to add to their libraries. We wish we had books to send to everyone who participates in The Willows!
Introducing the Host the of the 2024 Willow Awards Gala!
We are excited to announce that P.J. Gillen Elementary School in Esterhazy will be the host of the 2024 SaskEnergy Willow Awards Gala! Their theme will focus on the symbolism behind willow trees and how that symbolism relates to reading. We look forward to seeing how reading the Willows helps them sprout new learning and understandings! The Gala will be taking place at PJ Gillen School in Esterhazy on Friday, May 24th at 1:15 pm and will be live streamed across the province
